"The Phoenix is a grand old dame ! The rooms are sized just right and my bed was uber comfy ! The staff are VERY pleasant and helpful - really enjoyed them :-) It's too bad breakfasts aren't included (but there's plenty of great food nearby). Great neighborhood and the location is close to shopping. Overall , I would definitely recommend :-)"

"Was a great place to stay, very clean. My only gripe was the green exit light within the sleeping capsule but, placing a pillow up against it solved the problem."
