"The night staff working on 10/15 - 10/17 2026 was no help at all any request, he would not go up to the room, for example we needed hand soap because bottle was empty and he would not deliver to room I had to go down to the desk to retrieve it, also requested extra pillows same story had to go down to retrieve and refused to give pillow cases, the air conditioning in the room smelled moldy."

"We never could watch tv during our weekend stay, and that was a bummer. Staff didn’t seem to care. Everything else was great!"

"The office people were very polite and helpful. The building is in dire need of updating the carpets are stained and very old. If they did some updating it would be an awesome place to stay. The location is very close to everything."
