"Really loved dealing with comacho! He was so helpful on the phone when when making arrangements with a special time check in, also he went out of his way to help with the confusion with the parking garages... hiltons garage is also right there , there is no signs to say which garage is for what, which needs to be.. comacho did help us with all that and directions to the right garage.... he is super friendly and made the difference with how tired we were just trying to get in the hotell. Thank you comacho!"

She enthusiastically shared restaurants and other must-sees. Karla, by the pool, was the icing on the cake. With her historical knowledge about the resort, she took time to ask how my day was going. La Concha is not just a beautiful lodging; it's a lovely sensory experience that makes you feel at home, even when you're away from home. "

"The front desk staff is super attentive to all of your needs. Saul Cruz was top notch attentive and even had a birthday cake waiting for us at our room as a surprise. We loved this property but most of all the staff makes all the wonderful experience! "

"Good hotel to go and explore outside of the island. They only got one small pool that it’s great for tanning and enjoy the ocean view. staff are always there! great staff service and cleaning service in rooms are A1. Had a lovely time in Puerto Rico! Can’t wait to go back "
