"Finding a room for a family of 5 can be tricky. This place was very comfortable for us! Access was easy after receiving instructions. We enjoyed the quieter part of Venice with quick access to the waterways. Noel is very helpful with his suggestions and directions and cleans the rooms impeccably! There are wonderful restaurants close by. If you are coming during a busy season, make reservations. Sitting on our balcony during the rain was picturesque and a lovely option for us. Bathroom is...

"Do not waste your time/money on this hotel. The AC unit leaked water into a trash can. Staff not able to fix or provide a different room. The walls and door showed water damage from the leak. Mold on the wall behind desk and a visibly dirty old carpet. The AC unit also started beeping at 2:30 am and did not stop all night. No staff at front desk overnight to assist. We found a last minute room somewhere else for less and got out of there. I could not believe what they were charging for...

"Kids bunk beds in room for 4 adults, toliet handle come off as soon as it was touched. Managed said yes we could cancel 2nd night because accomodiations were not fit for 4 adults. Then she didn't offer receipt I asked for one and she charged me. .Unacceptable room for adult 4 people. No pictures on website shows this. Feel very deceived"

"We enjoyed our stay at Ca’Turelli. AC was good (very necessary during the hot summer days!). The information sheet in the room says they serve breakfast, but this is untrue. This didn’t matter, since I would rather try the cafes and shops in Venice! Ultimately, a great option for a great neighbourhood."
