"Last minute booking due to family emergency Car par very difficult to find if you dont know the area was told it was at back of hotel, it is located off of Mulcaster crescent and is spacious with cctv Hotel clean, room comfortable although tv would not tune in but i was ready for bed anyway. "Really friendly and helpful staff. Both the check in staff on entry and exit were friendly and helpful. There was a particularly kind and helpful cleaning lady/ chambermaid on Friday pm. The fact it’s close to the motorway and also overlooking a lake are big pluses. "
