After reading my messages, they totally ignored them and we had to call the night before to make sure that our booking was actually in place. "This is a well equipped cottage which is in a rural position on the edge of the town, accessed by a short but unlit lane. It is a 15 minute walk into the High Street and there are plenty of countryside walks from the doorstep."
