"We were in Yeovil for a few days to visit the Fleet Air Arm Museum and Haynes Motor Museum. It had everything we needed for a self catering stay but was also close to shops and some restaurants. It was just like the photos and felt quite indulgent. I'd happily go back there."

"Spectacular apartment in a superb location. On the coastal road, cliff top. Beach below just across the road. 2 minute walk to a super pub/restaurant - The Spyglass & Kettle. Apartment was clean. There are a couple of things that need attention, water pressure is quite bad and although the bathroom is spectacular, it would take hours to fill the bath and the shower heads need replacing. I did bring this up with the provider so we shall see if they follow my advice! Communication could be better...

"I came with my elderly mother to her favourite retreat, the stay was relaxing and very kept and had beautiful decor. The area was a beautiful spot but the hill is very steep, we we’re aware of the as we’ve been to swanage many times and also Ros advised us before we booked, he was also very helpful to our needs, we found him very approachable. Great place and we would highly recommend it . Well done Ros and thank you"

"Stayed with 3 friends whilst doing the Jurassic Coast Challenge. Apartment was in a very handy position, walking distance to Swanage. Large comfortable rooms, loads of toys for children and fully stocked kitchen. We were in Flat 2 and was confused as to which driveway we should be in but met another resident who told us where to go and how to get in. Very comfortable accommodation although the shower was a bit temperamental going hot then cold until it had been running a while and water pressure...

"Nice property but very moldy inside. When my son entered he began counting spiders. He stopped at 15 but estimated that there must’ve been 30 spiders in the stairwell and main hallway. Now I like spiders and would never kill one, but I realize that’s not for everyone. I would trap them and put them outside. There was no WiFi. Zero, we connected to the router but that had no connection to the Internet. Also there was very limited cell phone service, so mobile hotspot was spotty. We were...

"We had a lovely long weekend at the Piddle Inn. Downstairs is just like a pub - all for us! Bar, games room and pub kitchen fantastic for a family group. Gorgeous bedrooms and the sound of the stream at night. Lovely walks straight from the back and Alan the host, was incredibly helpful and friendly."
