"WOW! I travel quite a bit and have stayed at a lot of properties in Miami (other cities/states as well). I can honestly say, it is very hard to impress me as far as hotels go.
This hotel is amazing. Every staff member that I interacted with was phenomenal. The kindness, professionalism and overall great attitudes was amazing.
The service provided by everyone can't be beat. I did have to call maintenance for my AC in my room. They showed up within 5 minutes, corrected the issue. On top of that, the hotel manager called roughly an hour later to make sure everything was okay and corrected accordingly.
The hotel smells amazing, it smells like luxury!! The bedding, pillows, etc. were all plush and lavish. I can't say enough good things about my stay. Dinner was amazing as well as the breakfast buffet in the morning.
