"This was our first time in PR and La Concha was a a really nice resort in a great location. Plenty of dining options locally. Uber is readily available at anytime. "

"My overall stay was wonderful. Piola (night manager) was awesome and the front desk agent (I didn’t get his name) was as well. The gave me a credit on my room for food I had to return in 6/17 and I was really thankful. The rooftop bar is a little expensive and the hotel is not right on the beach. However, there are some great restaurants in walking distance. I’ll be back in August "

"AMAZING stay.... from the picture perfect view of our ocean view room to the swim up bar to the private access beach with chairs, umbrellas & towels (no xtra fee) it was a wonderful time We booked via hotels.com and no issue, staff welcoming & friendly and accomodated early check in !! Will return for our next stay"

"The one bad experience I had here was when I went into the onsite restaurant "Cueva del Mar." The so-called hostess at the customer greeting station was INCREDIBLY RUDE. Didn't bother to even look up at me, just continued playing on her smart phone. No smile, nothing. I simply asked to see a menu -- of which there was pile of them right behind her -- and this girl motioned to a bar code in front of the stand. I asked for a menu (again, RIGHT BEHIND HER) and acting as if it were an imposition, she slowly turned around, grabbed on, and thrust it at me, without a single word. THIS DOES LITTLE TO HELP THIS HOTEL, EXCEPT FRUSTRATE CUSTOMERS. Something should be done to adjust her foul, inexcusable attitude."
