We enjoyed our stay at Carrigmore. Plenty of room for us 5 having a girls trip. Spent our days traveling to spots around the country then coming home to make a nice dinner and get some sleep for the next day. Tom was a great host and attentive to all our needs.

We have spent two weeks on the Carrigmore Farm and we really enjoyed it. It's silent and the best place ever to relax. It's located close to Tipperary and Limerick. The furniture is more than sufficient, Wi-Fi is perfect. Most important: Tom and Tina are very lovely hosts who really take care that nothing is missing. Tom has a lot of great recommendations of places that can be visited, or when live music is played in the pubs. We can only recommend to visit the Carrigmore Farm with their nice hosts.

We passed an unforgettable week at the old farmhouse near Doon. This house, where Tom, the owner, grew up, is very comfortable an generously equipped ( kitchen, food, timber for the stove, interesting books about farmer life in the past, Irish history sightseeing...). Not far: Cashel Castle, Waterfalls, important prehistoric sites, Limerick. Tom is full of ideas for trips in the surroundings and for local events. We enjoyed a fascinating week at a peaceful place.

We loved the setting, and the home was perfect for our needs. But we loved most the kind and generous hospitality of Thomas and his family. The advice he gave was invaluable, and his willingness to go out of his way to be helpful was remarkable. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

The house and location are perfect. Tom and Tina are two of the most thoughtful, kind people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. We had everything we needed and could have imagined needing. Tom gave us some great information about the area and made our stay seem like staying with family. Thank you guys for everything!

Thank you, Tom, for graciously offering your warm and welcoming farmstead to our family. Your generosity has brought a touch of Irish hospitality to our hearts. This home offers a unique, true Irish farm stay—cozy and historical. We had the fire going every morning. I loved that you phoned me in Canada ahead to reassure me that you exist. Your visit and check in was great. As well each day you gave us good suggestions of local attractions. The bits & bobs were also wonderful

Tom and Tina are wonderful hosts and Carrigmore Farm is such a welcoming quiet outside of the city. We have stayed there twice and are already thinking of a time to go back and spend more time exploring the rarely seen areas of Ireland around there. The home is well equipped and has everything you would need. We were greeted with a nice warm cozy fire going. It's like a home away from home.

We spent excellent holiday in a nice area established for families with playgrounds and many destinations to go for a trip around with kids.
The accommodation house is brilliant not only because there are many ways how to entertain yourself and your children with plenty toys in the house ( some in a garage for kids and adults too ), the house is fully furnished in a marvellous traditional irish style with many fabulous details.
The owner is maximally friendly and helpful in any way you can imagine : )
Highly recommend

We loved living like the Irish on this family farm. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. The beds were comfy and the shower was powerful. There are plenty of warm towels and the kitchen is well stocked with all the things you might need. The host is very kind and knowledgeable. He shows you around and has plenty of things there to keep you entertained. My daughter loved seeing the cows each day! It was a great central location to make day trips out and about. We wish we could have stayed even longer!

Lovely house on a farm in the countryside. Starry nights, no noise, just peace and quiet. A great place to unwind. Tom was very helpful with ideas of what to do and where to go. When we arrived at night, he was there to welcome us and show us round the property. Thee was a very generous Welcome Basket too. Nothing was too much trouble for him and Tina.

Tom & Tina are wonderfull people very open, Likeable and listening from start to finish. A perfect welcome. Wonderful advisers on places to visit.
Their house is amazing, big, spacious, full of wonderful surprises, the children felt at home. At home, that's how we felt too.The place is really calm, no light pollution, landscapes dazed.
Our stay was too short, it's always too short when you feel good.
We recommend Tom & Tina's house more than 200%.
Coming is loving.

Thomas and Tina certainly are “Premier” hosts. They were so accommodating and want their guests to be “happy”. Thomas, thanks so much for bringing in my washing from the rain. That was “above and beyond”. Everything was “Wonderful” and we enjoyed our stay at a “working” Irish farm Very much. All the best to you Both.

Easy to get to on Google maps. The hosts are there to greet you and make your stay every thing you want it to be. Tom was litterally born and raised in that house and lives nearby and very freely volunteers local info that will very much enhance your stay. Not only do u get a great house to stay in, but a personal guide on what to do and how to get there. As well as info on some local places u would never find on your own. Plenty of room for groups. On site laundry and extra bathroom facilities. Well stocked with everything including wood and coal for the 2 fire places. Stores all very well within a short drive. Local pubs a plenty. Skip the long term stay in the big cities and stay here. Exploring the region with your car is so rewarding.

This quaint, charming farmhouse exceeded our expectations. The home was stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay including some food, board games, dvd's etc.The home was very clean and tidy. The owner, Tom, was such a kind gracious and welcoming gentleman. He gave us a tour of the home and explained everything we needed to know. He offered suggestions of local places to visit and just really made us feel at home. We only stayed for two nights but it was a very memorable part of our holiday. We enjoyed our time there so much we have already booked another longer stay at Carrigmore Farm in 2023.

Tom was as pleasant and accommodating as possible. Staying here was like staying with good family. We were able to make day trips to different great locations four days in a row and could have spent a few more days exploring Ireland from this central spot. The cottage had everything we could have needed in good working order. Everything worked out really well, and my 8 year old girl absolutely loved the farm. After leaving, we wished we had stayed longer. I've done many VRBO rentals over the years, and this was the best experience I have ever had through vacation rentals. Highly recommended for anybody.

We had a wonderful stay! Tom, Tina and Lucy were fantastic hosts. The house was immaculate and well equipped. If you are looking for Irish countryside charm and quiet relaxation, this is the place. The property is located close to attractions and sightseeing. We visited Galway, Limerick the Aran Islands, The Ring of Kerry and the Blarney castle from this location. All were within easy reach of the house. I was even treated with a visit to Jim o' the mills, an experience I will never forget. I would highly recommend this property!
Thank you Tom and Tina!

Excellent in every way. We went to an Irish music night in a pub in Doon that Tom told us about that was unique and very enjoyable. The location meant we were able to see many lovely towns and countryside. The facilities could not have been bettered. There was plenty of food waiting for us together with cupboards full of things one would find in our own cupboards at home. Tom could not have been more helpful and generous and even sorted our wheelchair tyre.
Tina and Tom are wonderful hosts and Carrigmore Farm was perfect for our needs and would recommend it to everybody.

The historic home was very comfortable with enough modern upgrades to keep everything going smoothly. The hosts had a wonderfully stocked kitchen and home. They were also just so helpful and kind.. we had no issues with anything while we were there. Some of our favorite moments during our 5 days there were sitting in the eating area with a cozy fire going and playing a game... laughing and snacking on amazing desserts available in the area. We would stay again anytime.
The only slight negative I gave was for "neighborhood" because the roads getting there were too tiny twisty for these Americans used to. On the other hand, the views were spectacular, both on the roads there and from the house itself. We really enjoyed the bright daffodils along all the roads. Also, the birds outside all the windows were delightful.
