"We spent some lovely days in Saudon. A quiet little hamlet. Warm welcome by Jean-Pierre and a good talk about what to do in the area. A car is a must to get around. We had hoped to be able to walk to the nearest town, but the main road is too busy. Regardig the house: You need to pass by the owners home to get to the pool. The view from the pool is great. The beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and we can highly recommend this place. :-) "

"Wonderful hosts and apartment. We’ll equipped and very comfortable. Even comes with the cutest puppy to play with when coming and going. Greet location for road trips to villages and wineries. Highly recommend!"

"The gîte is very comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Great location, 10 minutes walk to the river where the kids loved playing in the cascade. Some beautiful villages nearby and a couple of supermarkets within a 5 minute drive. We had a lovely relaxing holiday, thank you."

Grande piscine pour nous rafraîchir qui a fait le bonheur de tous. Village très proche et supérette locale bien pratique. Qu’ajouter ? "The house is superb for a vacation, with all the facilities you would expect. We especially enjoyed the pool area, situated privately, and with a salt water pool, lounge chairs, and sun beds all close to the pool so a family can enjoy their time together. The hosts were very kind and extremely responsive when we contacted them, both before and during our stay. They were very helpful and provided suggestions for things to do. Highly recommend for a family vacation!"

"Alles wie beschrieben: Tolle, große, saubere Wohnung mit eigenem Pool. Schön zugewachsen, mit duftendem Oleander drumherum, keine Blicke. Ein Traum. Terrasse sehr groß. Sehr gute, stabile Liegen, Gebäude umzäunt, genial für unseren Hund und kein Eindringen von wilden Tieren (Füchse z.B., die wir in der ersten Nacht sahen). Großer Gasherd usw. Endlich eine Unterkunft wo alles funktionierte (Klima, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Dusche usw.) und auch vor Ort war: wie Geschirr, Gläser usw.; Bette...

Great hotel, great staff

"Stayed 3 nights. Staff were excellent. Buffet breakfast was good value and had lots of variety. The evening meals were high quality. The room was spacious and had everything we needed (apart from a kettle). We are travelling by train so we found it very convenient for the bus station. Be aware that there is no food Sunday evening, but McDonald's is across the road. Will certainly stay in Ibis again."
