"There was no stay. I had a reservation for 2 nights, rec'd numerous emails from hotels.com about it (including the one linking to this survey) only to get there and be told the B&B closed in Nov 2022 and there was no lodging to be had. They literally laughed when we walked in. I contacted hotels.com online, only to be told they couldn't help. Spectacular hotel to unwind!
"Absolutely wonderful experience! Beautiful spacious hotel with comfortable A+ rooms. Very courteous and friendly staff. Our dinner last night at Bailey was delicious with a wonderful wait staff and host. Breakfast this morning at Jules was "over the top" - great food, friendly and attentive service staff, and a good place to start the day. We would stay there again. Thanks!"
