"I picked this apartment because they claimed to have a seasonal pool. Only to arrive there and was told it belonged to the next apartment and we are not allowed to use it. My room was only cleaned once out of the 5 days we stayed there"

"I had problems locating the property and locals didnt know where it was. I spent about an hour on Google maps for it. Once there, it was central and had everything a traveller needed. There was the inevetable dirty dished pile in the kitchen area but people were generally good at cleaning up after themselves. My dorm had a squeaky door which could benefit from some oil."
