"It was bad experience"

"Someone in a staff spa uniform tried to enter my room at 10pm. When I chased him to the front desk, they did not apologize and only replied with an angry face, "it was a mistake". Very suspicious and unsafe and not acceptable. To date, I have not heard back from management which would indicate that they do not care. Also, my slider to the pool on pool level was unlocked when we finally got our room at 4:15pm instead of the 3pm check in time. Very disappointed in the hotel and staff. The...

"Great breakfast, spectacular bay views from the pool. We spent a couple of hours by the pool every day and thoroughly enjoyed it. Room was sparkling clean and comfortable."

"Overall fantastic stay, super welcoming and helpful staff, rooms were large and well maintained + had amazing views of the bay. It rained one of our days so took advantage of the spa and semi-outdoor pool. Food was great, especially the included breakfast. We had an issue with our shower which was fixed promptly and they had made us a little breakfast bag to go to the airport. It’s roughly a 10 min walk down hill to the bay, but maybe not the nicest locations but appeared quite safe."

"El hotel es muy bonito. Nuestro cuarto muy amplio, limpio y cómodo. El desayuno es de primera. La ubicación es de primera. Muy recomendable"

"Beautiful stay. The staff was attentive and the owner was friendly and welcoming. A very hospitable place highly recommend - and of course the stunning views are unmatched"

"Montenegro is beautiful. Fantastic hotel, staff were great and restaurant was excellent. Recommend asking the hotel to book taxis as you will pay much more on your own. Kotor cable car and rides are a must, amazing views and the rides were fun! Tip - avoid the cruise ship crowds by going early, opens at 9am. Airport struggled with volume of people but we didn’t miss our flight!"

"This independent hotel is very well positioned, the room is lovely. There might be more scenic places to have dinner in town. But the quality of the restaurant is really good. We particularly enjoyed breakfast. You can book boat trips with the hotel directly, which is highly encouraged by the owner."
