Only small point for improvement was that at checkout there were 3 (maybe even 4 colleagues on the front desk) and only 1 of them seemed to be able to do anything.. which then created bottlenecks."

"This was a great place to stay if you want to be in a quieter scenic area. It was not in the center of town, but was easily walkable along the lake. It took an average of 15-20 min walk to get to the Ferris wheel in Lecco and it was a 25-30 min walk to the main Lecco train station. The room in the hotel was clean and the restaurant had great dinner options! "
