"If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel, I recommend OPPA Hostel. Richard is a wonderful host and he goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable as much as possible. The room was clean and I had enough space to reorganize my luggage before I checked out. The washroom is a shower, toilet and sink combined, not ideal but you get used to it. The location is convenient and pretty quiet at night (4 min walk to Sinchon station). Would definitely return when I come back to Seoul."

"I like the private room I stayed and loved the location of the hostel. The staff were very helpful. The only thing is that some of the other lodgers were not very respectful of the other people including the staff. They were loud at night and were not following the hostel rules."

"Oh my goodness, where do I even start? Staying here added a special kind of magic to my trip that I will never forget. The owner Kwangsup is an absolute gem of a person who became my good friend during my time here. He and his family run the place and that personal touch is what makes it so magical. Their kindness is above and beyond and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Seoul. I could write on and on for hours about this place and still wouldn’t be able to sufficiently say how amazing it was. "

"Stayed here for 3 nights while in Sinchon. All the staff and the owner were extremely kind of helpful. There are tons of cafes & good restaurants nearby as well as Yonsei university. The building is very modern and there is a lot of shopping around as well if that's your thing. This is also the cheapest place in the area, but it didn't feel like a cheap place to me at all."

"This place was AMAZING, except for the young German woman who works there. She hates Americans and makes it very obvious. She will openly complain about Americans right in front of you. "Zzzip was possibly the best introduction to hostel living that I could have ever had as a solo female traveler. To start, Jina and Bryan were excellent hosts--very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. "The atmosphere in the dorm is nice and convenient... except for the obnoxious lamp on the desk labeled "do not turn off" and the humidity/heat if anyone decides to take a shower... The other occupants were also crazy loud in the middle of the night... I think the price of this hostel attracts a type of guest that may prevent a quiet evening."

"Our party of five had a pleasant stay at Brown Suites. It’s located right in Sinchon and a minute walk to the metro station. We really enjoyed the Sinchon shopping and dining area nearby with many choices and seeing lots of young people there. Though the unit is a bit dated, the staff keeps everything clean and comfortable. Special kudos to Mr. Chang Duk Oh, who spoke English very well, and helped us arrange a ride to Incheon Airport on our check-out day. Thank you! High recommend!"
