"The hotel is great overall. Couple things that kind of kept jumping at me: 1. A need to better train the table cleaning staff dutring breakfast. They have a tendency to clean dishes (not the table) right in a front of people having breakfast instead of taking dirty dishes to the stations and do it there. 2. The materials used for walls is mostrly wooden venner taht is glossy. It's good and bad. Good for overall look of luxury, thowever it requires more cleaning maintenenace to keep it clean. In the halls, on the doors and inside of room there numerous visible"

"I was expecting that according to the review, the place is rundown and dated. But, it was not. It is a bit but totally worth for its price, tbh! It is clean, they put us in room where there was a nice view and we stayed during APEC season so I believe the hotel is busy, but our stay was perfect! I did not get a chance to use the pool, however we went there and see it for ourselves and it was nice open til 11pm for late swimming and bonding. I definitely would recommend and be back again in the future."

"This is probably one of the best Rosewoods I have ever stayed in. Everything about our stay was perfect. It was my birthday and they made me feel very special. I have stayed at other 5* hotels in Guangzhou but from now on this is the only place to stay. Pool beautiful and not crowded. Both bars very busy and great atmosphere. Really couldn’t fault it. Room was sensational too!!"
