Lounge. I was the only one in the restaurant and I tried to order some wine but staff had no idea what I was talking about. The whole staff speaks little to no English which is ok, wasn’t really a hindrance except for trying to buy a drink. The hotel itself is kinda dirty, shabby and sad. But it is super cheap so I should not complain. All the hotels in this areas seem to be pretty much the same. "
