"I stayed here for 2 days. Firstly, hotels.com forgot to send me late check-in instructions, which I emailed them about. The room was ok. The pillow was really uncomfortable. There is no lock on the room. Shower was ok. I wake up to construction noise in the morning. There is no proper kitchen and if someone is cooking you can smell it from your bed. "

"This is the place to stay in San Sebastián. Our rooms faced the Bay and the promenade. Beautiful scenery all day and night. Lots of activity on the promenade including live music and dancing on the weekend. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is convenient to everything. "Room was very clean and bed was enormous and comfortable. The shower was good, and it was nice to have a balcony although it didn't have a sea view Breakfast choices were good. Outdoor pool was open, although very cold and you could get a drink at a poolside van area, but the snacks advertised were not available which was disappointing as we had to leave pool and go into town for lunch.
