"We stayed 2 nights and had a great stay. We were 2 adults and one teenager - the family room was clean and very spacious. We didn't take the hotel breakfast but there are 20+ really good restaurants within 3-4 blocks nearby. The town was really beautiful with good shopping. Parking (extra charge, not super expensive) takes some getting used to. We checked in first then went around to the back entrance - you'll need a code to get in and you need a token each time to get out which is strange. A good stay in a beautiful town with friendly staff - bonus points for Hasen Hell beer at the desk which is perfect after a long day."

"Wonderful place to stay, especially if you are a family. The rooms are large, open, and welcoming. It has all you need if you stay in a room with a kitchenette. Quiet and relaxing. Staff were kind and helpful."

"The room was clean and well presented, everything was as it should be and worked properly. The staff were polite, helpful and efficient. The check in system was well organised and straight forward. The evening meal in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.... nothing was too much trouble for the restaurant staff who were friendly and quick to respond to any requests. I would be happy to use the hotel if in the area again, I consider the experience positive and very reasonably priced."

"This was a nice place to stay. It's not luxury or glamorous. It's like staying at your grandma's house if she lived in an old house with creeks and quirks. There isn't any A/C. However, we stayed in the top of the house and there were plenty of windows and we just slept with all of them open. There is a small pool, but it looks as if it hasn't been operational for a long time. Breakfast was nice and simple for an extra charge. The owners are kind and the place was nice."
