"Very nice property with modern rooms and appliances. Very minimalist clever design for storage usage. The property is in the heart of the Grafton area so it’s close to just about everything. There is a lot of traffic until later in the evening and people on staff were very helpful. THE STUDIOS ARE VERY HARD TO FIND. But if you find the Bruxelles pub, and stand next to the Phil Lynott statue, turn around and look directly across the street it is right next to McDaid’s pub on the left hand side...

Two cute balconies and full kitchen/living room. Great hotel alternative when you are traveling with teenagers! Loved having the extra space to relax between site-seeing. "Couldn't recommend this hotel enough. We were going to a concert and it was so handy to the 3Arena. Also very convenient to the Luas line, as well as restaurants close by. The staff were so welcoming and made everything so easy. The room was spacious and had everything you need. Parking was just across the street and validated by the hotel easily. There's a huge commmunal space where you can work or just relax and a coffee shop that serves some breakfast items. Will definitely be back next time...
