"I messed up my reservation days when I set it up on line. The guy who checked us in was asleep in the back room and came out groggy and angry at us. "Check in was easy, we arrived a little early and the host was gracious enough to allow us entry. Very clean, fully stocked in all the rooms, especially the kitchen which had no detail or item overlooked. We like to cook our own meals so having a kitchen is very important; and it was excellent. Very quiet neighborhood as well. So pleased with this experience, way better than any hotel stay. We are so grateful ."

"Most everything about the motel is excellent, price, availability, staff, location, cleanliness. Excellent breakfast in a large, roomy eating room. The only negative comment is that, even though the parking is easy and plentiful, the asphalt is crumbling and needs repair. Otherwise, an excellent stay."
