"They upgraded us and suggested late checkout as we had a late night flight out the following day. It was a wonderful stay!!! We did miss the little boat shuttle to the pier, but a nice shuttle van was provided. "

"Very nice staff and services. One of the best values for the money we stayed at. Included with my stay was afternoon tea, breakfast, and lunch. Rooftop bar has beautiful views. Hotel has top-notch restaurants. I stayed here the night before I was flying out of Thailand. My flight was at night and it worked out great because even after checking out, they are held onto my luggage and I was even able to book a room for 1 hour in the evening to shower for free! Great way to freshen up before long flights, especially with the heat. "

"I was really happy to stay there for a few days. However sometimes new water bottles and towels were not supplied after bed making. Hopefully the procedure will be improved for this matter. Other than that, everything is nice. Staffs are so friendly and helpful."

The neighbourhood is quiet and I felt totally safe walking around taking photos after dark. The staff are so friendly and fun and the facilities were spot on for its star rating.
