A few meters from the enchanting beach of Su Giudeu, we offer this villa on two levels, with the possibility of renting one individually.
The ground floor, overlooking the lagoon in front, boasts a portion of the garden with lawn, exclusive, outdoor shower and barbecue.
The house has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a lounge with fireplace and open kitchen, all totally and recently renovated.
