"My experience with the staff was exceptional. When i encountered an issue with a transfer service they went out of their way to help - in particular Mate. Without their assistance i would have been stranded in Budapest and would have missed my commitments later that day. The room was very spacious, i loved the turndown service and welcome gift."

"A very nice hotel - it's old in style but it's very clean and comfortable. Reception was very helpful and polite when we had an enquiry. It's a perfect place to stay for a few nights (we stayed for three nights). We caught the bus from the airport and it dropped us one minute away from the hotel, and there are many transport links nearby. I would definitely stay there again."

"Quality hotel in a great location just metres from Metro Central and 200 metres from where the walking tours start. Fashion Street is at the door and the car free area with shops and restaurants only 10o metres away. Staff were very attentive and helpful."
