"We really enjoyed this lovely apartment. It is one floor up in a Renaissance building and features beautiful exposed stonework and a nice view over a neighboring garden and rooftops. We found the apartment very comfortable. It was rainy and cold during our visit and the apartment felt cosey. "Located in the heart of the historic center of Sarlat, this apartment met all of our needs, and we're so glad we chose it. There was plenty of space to relax after busy days exploring the Dordogne region. The kitchen was well-equipped, including a coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and washing machine. "We absolutely loved our stay in Elizabeth’s Suite! The apartment was so beautifully decorated and everything you needed was supplied. We really felt like it was a home away from home. The location was outstanding. The markets were literally outside your front door. We stayed for a week but wish we could’ve stayed longer. Communication with our host was easy and we were accommodated with an early check in. I highly recommend this because accommodation."

"Such a beautiful place in a beautiful town. We visited as a family of 5 with 3 school-age children. The apartment had space for everyone and was very clean. Communication with the manager was very easy and checkin went smoothly. This town and region are beautiful. We should have stayed a week at least! Lots of food options within a 2min walk. Great restaurants! Easy driving access to nearby caves, and such beautiful drives. Should have stayed longer!"

"This is a beautiful apartment, lovingly filled with typically French period furniture, and ample living and sleeping space. The host was away on business, so his mother Pascale welcomed us, and was informative, helpful, and kind. The weather did not permit use of the outdoor spaces, but the deck, garden and private pool were enticing and would be a wonderful asset on a warm day. The kitchen is compact, but functional, and all the amenities listed were present and in working order. Easy drive...

"Enjoyed the rural setting and the evening quiet. Once we found it, the place was easy to access and find our way around the area. Overall, decent lodging at a good price. Although small, the studio was decently outfitted with some exceptions... No dish cloth or dish towels. Less than half a roll of toilet paper. No garbage collection during our 5 night stay. Shower head needed some tightening, flopped all over the place."

"This is a good property in the heart of the historic district of Sarlat. We had great support from Valentin and Clois when we were there. The room was in the attic with a small kitchenette, which we used for breakfast 2 of the days that we were there. We needed a property with a garage and booked one with them. What we did not realize that this was a several minute walk from the property itself. There also was no convenient place to bring up the car to unload luggage since there was a fair going...

"We have had a disappointing experience with this vacation rental. All four of us have suffered from bed bugs. We initially thought we were dealing with mosquitoes. But the bites got so big and painful that it wasn't until later that we realized we were dealing with bed bugs. We complained about this to the landlord afterwards and it seemed only reasonable to us that they would refund half as our holiday enjoyment was seriously ruined. We have not received any response from the landlords."
