"Very nice hotel near Santiago's attractions. Staff was very helpful with retrieving taxis throughout stay. Use of Keurig (only with an upgraded room apparently, otherwise there's coffee service in the lobby) was nice though we could have used a kettle as well (or in lieu of). The room was very well appointed with nice touches with two doors overlooking the garden. The small metal light next to bed runs very hot (I burnt my finger) so be careful not to touch it directly to move it around (there's a small metal attachment on the lamp I didn't see in time), but even still keep children completely away from it (imo). "
"We got there very late but check-in wasn’t a problem. We got one of the “apartments.” It was huge. Separate living room, separate bedrooms, separate (full) kitchen with all appliances, cookware and utensils. Welcome gift of two bottles of water. Kitchen included coffee and coffee machine. Bathroom was spacious and shower had excellent pressure. Everything was clean and well kept. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had coin operated laundry facilities on premises. Highly, highly recommend!"
