"A estadia ótima. Dessa vez a limpeza do refeitório deixou a desejar. E quando fomos fazer o e checkout achamos a receptividade bem fria com os hóspedes. São mais atenciosos para com grupos ( excursões). Com tudo isso ainda continuamos dando Preferência para o Carmem Palace Hotel. "The staff are well trained and although there was a change of owner, there was no change in the standard and with a restaurant on site but unlike the previous time, I didn't have the refreshments. Breakfast with good varieties of proteins and carbohydrates and the only caveat is the lack of wholemeal bread. Good variety of fruits, sweets and jellies for those who enjoy them.
