Bien agencé et avec barbecue, lave-linge, vaisselle pour cuisiner, belle plage accessible à pied. Mais il manque des commerces accessible à pieds comme une boulangerie : il faut prendre la voiture ou un vélo. Et pas de réseau internet...

Maison bien situee .

Tres déçu sur la propretee . Apres 10heures de route , de route nous avons dû faire le menage . La barre de douche cassée mais foncia a reagi tres vite .

annonce très bien sur Abritel

Rien à redire sur votre annonce, par contre le fait de nous envoyer sur un prestataire non mentionné sur cette annonce, manque de clarté avec celui-ci (Foncia à St Pierre d'Oléron), l'état des lieux se fait sans aucune présence de celui-ci de même qu'au moment de rendre les clés. Tout se fait par smartphone mais le réseau étant nul, impossible d'utilisé les QR codes
