"Overall our stay here was pretty good. The location was good for going into town and also only a short walk from the bus stop for the slopes. The apartment is quite small, especially if using the fold out sofa bed. It wasn’t the cleanest either. Still find it bizarre that you have to pay additional money to rent the bedding and towels, but ah well. Bear in mind the block is mostly full of locals so if that’s an issue for you then don’t expect there to be many other tourists staying nearby. "

"The place was a wonderful size, great layout and in a good location close to downtown. The property management was very responsive. Many of the places in this town did not offer air conditioning and we had unseasonably hot weather and this unit was on the 4th floor. This is not the rental units fault that the weather was very hot but it was a little too warm for us. Glad there were at least fans available to help some. "

"We failed to ask if the apartment had an elevator and air conditioning and it had neither! The fans provided were excellent though and were very good at night when we left the doors open and the temps dropped. Parking was easy and free. All we needed inside was provided. Another wine glass would be nice and we were never able to find clothes pins to hang out our clothes so a few dropped to the ground but we retrieved them! We walked a convenient 15 minutes into the center of town. "

"Excellent apartment, clean and comfortable with plenty of space for 4 adults. Location was perfect, right next to a lift up to the main ski area with pizza / bakery and ski shop literally downstairs. "Stayed at this self-catering flat in La Rosiere and was thoroughly impressed! The short walk up to town was convenient, allowing for easy access to local attractions. "A brilliant well equipped apartment which was a perfect size for our family of 5 (kids 12, 10 and 8). A little distance from the slopes but that didn’t matter as you can walk through adjoining buildings using the lifts to make your way to the piste. Ideal if you store skis in a shop near the slopes. You can also easily get the bus a 5min trip up the road to Villards and the Transarc lift. The hosts answered all our questions in advance and gave great advice. We will definitely look to book...

"We've stayed in Les Arcs many times and this was the best apartment so far! The lounge was very spacious and the balcony is sunny in the afternoon as we sat and had a beer whilst watching the skiers return. We loved the décor too! Jean Marc was a great host who was always available to answer any questions. Highly recommended!"

"Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Teenagern und hatten das Apartment gebucht, um eine Woche lang in Chamonix Ski zu fahren. Bereits beim Eintritt in das Chalet fiel uns ein eigenartiger Geruch auf. Beim Verräumen stellten wir fest, dass an vier von fünf Fensterbänken bzw. der Laibung schwarzer Schimmel vorhanden war. Im Bad zeigte ein Großteil der sichtbaren Fußleisten starken Schimmelbefall. Das Bad hat keine Heizung und auch keine separate Lüftungseinrichtung, dafür aber viel Holzvertäfelung....

"Location: Easy to locate. Just off the main road thru Chamonix so easy access to drive north or south out of town. You can walk everywhere and the train station is also only a 10 min walk away. Staff: Wonderful and helpful. Very informative and a pleasure to deal with. Room: We had a one bedroom that was Wonderful. It was modern, clean and spacious and had the supplies we needed for a 4 night stay. I recommend and certainly would stay here again."
