"My TV remote had a white crusty residue on some buttons. The desk under the TV had two brown stains (probably coffee) and a sticky blob. The carpet and bare floor in front of the desk had visible crumbs. I spoke with the front desk the next day, he typed in the computer and said it would be addressed. I wrote in the Hilton app chat 2 more days until finally, after 3 days, the issues were fixed!
Staff friendly and courteous. Breakfast was plentiful and they have trays. The location is fantastic for being a quiet area and a very close not crowded Vaporetto and Alilaguna stop. After breakfast dining choices are bad, so eat elsewhere or bring back. Room has a fridge, don't know where is a microwave."
