"Great Customer Service by all staff that we encountered. Maria at the reception was welcoming and provided answers to all our questions. Food was great at both restaurants. We tried the Friday dinner buffet and service was awesome! Also at the other restaurant Jugoslav was very kind to us. Overall great stay."

"Went to PRG to visit my parents. The hotel is within the walkable distance, fun, full of sports people, friendly bar and a beer garden. Even bowling alley. Great breakfast buffet ( extra charge) and on Metro line."

"Great hotel overall. Structure was a bit dated and windows could use a good cleaning but those are quite trivial comments. Bedroom was great and the view from 411 is lovely. Bathrooms could do with a slight upgrade though to reflect the rest of the room. "
