"Ned was very helpful before we arrived and made the check in process very easy. This isn't the place to stay if you want modern luxury, but the cottage is very charming and in a beautiful location - we loved having our morning cuppa on the bench outside looking at the hills and sheep. The teenagers survived lack of internet due to the games room, and we enjoyed connecting again as a family. There were 4 adults and 3 teenagers, and we had plenty of space. Thank you, we would like to return in the future "

"Great room and lovely staff. We managed to get a space in the carpark so the car was safe. We ate in the pub and the food was good, easy food. If you are a light sleeper, maybe ask for a room away from the church as the bells ring every 15 minutes. Although I am told sometimes they stop at 11pm, but you can’t guarantee. "
