Holiday Home 'Modernes Casa Camillo Im Olivenhain' with Mountain View, Terrace and Wi-Fi

Casa Camillo is located on the edge of the village of Trincheri (see dynamic Google map below). It is colorful, furnished in the retro style of the 50's/60's and harmoniously integrated into the small village.

The country house with central heating has a beautiful view of the olive grove. There is a living room, bedroom and bathroom on each floor of the modern house. Each floor is accessible via a separate entrance. The floors are connected internally by a beautiful iron spiral staircase.

The house terrace under the large glass roof is a wonderful place to enjoy the sun, eat outside and barbecue - even when it rains.

The large natural garden offers many idyllic places to enjoy, including the barbecue area under the mulberry tree and the seating area with a view of the small chapel and the village street. From the garden you have a fantastic view of the mountains and even the sea (6 km as the crow flies).

NEW: separate parking space for motorcycle or scooter trailer!

The small village of Trincheri is located 4 km above Dolcedo. Dolcedo is the main town in the scenic and architectural gem that is the Prino Valley, a center of olive growing. In Dolcedo you will find everything for your daily needs and typical restaurants.

SPECIAL SERVICE: Arrival and departure days can always be booked freely.
You can enter the house independently from 4 pm, as you have the key.
On the day of departure, please leave the house by 10 am.

CHILD-FRIENDLY: However, only possible from the age of 5, as the very high iron staircase and the high unprotected walls on the grounds pose a danger to small children

Pros: Wir machen immer Urlaub im Ferienhaus, aber so toll gewohnt wie in dieser Woche haben wir noch nie! Sehr geschmackvolle und hochwertige Einrichtung mit Liebe zum Detail, idyllische Lage, schöne Sitzplätze im Garten incl. Dorfkatzen und Glühwürmchen, Ausstattung für alle Eventualitäten, überall Fliegengitter, Korb mit lokalen Produkten... Es gab so vieles! Abgesehen von den Stechmücken und den engen und kurvigen Bergsträßchen haben wir die Zeit in dieser perfekten Location sehr genossen.

Pros: 14 erholsame Tage im Oktober in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung liess für uns als Paar keine Wünsche offen. Besonders gut hat uns das schöne Schlafzimmer , die Küche und die Terrasse gefallen. Die Terrasse ist mit einem Glasdach versehen, wo man auch bei Regen schön sitzen kann . Die Verbindung zwischen den beiden Stockwerken mit der Wendeltreppe ist eine pfiffige und platzsparende Lösung. Auch hat uns gut gefallen, dass es auf dem Grundstücke eine ausreichende Zahl von Parkplätzen gibt und die Autos nicht auf der Straße parken müssen. Letztendlich ist die Umgebung wirklich sehenswert und es gibt viel zu entdecken. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Casa Camillo ist bestens ausgestattet und sehr modern, grosszügig, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Ausgesprochen herzlicher Kontakt mit den Besitzern - sowohl per Mail als auch dann vor Ort. Anfahrt zum Haus ist wunderschön - wenn auch abenteuerlich auf den schmalen italienischen "Berg"-Strässchen - ein Erlebnis :-) Jederzeit gerne wieder! lieben Dank an die lieben Gastgeber! Pros: Wir verbrachten 3 Wochen in der gut ausgestatteten Casa Camillo. Der große Parkplatz bot auch Platz für unseren Transporter mit unseren Motorrädern. Bestes Wetter, das Meer vor der Haustür, Ausflüge nach Frankreich und Wanderungen in den Olivenwäldern füllten unsere Zeit aus. Das gut ausgestattete Haus verfügte über 2 Schlafzimmer und allen Komfort den man für eine entspannte Zeit braucht. Sogar eine Spülmaschine war vorhanden. Auf der überdachten Terrasse verbrachten wir herrliche Grillabende und hörten den Grillen beim zirpen zu. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
