"- the building need repair, gaps in doors and windows through which mosquitoes and flies penetrate the room
- Monday morning torn garbage bags ( probably by animals ) were all over the place and there were no staff to clean
- bed sheets and covers were not very clean
‘ there were no staff on site even to complain to and their phone was not replying"
