You will stay in a light-filled loft on three floors with 140 square meters of living space. Large panoramic windows frame the natural surroundings, while wooden beams lend the room a special charm. The open-plan kitchen and cozy sofa area by the fireplace invite you to cook and relax together.



Upstairs, a spacious sleeping area with two separate galleries awaits you. The bathroom offers a freestanding bathtub with a view of the starry sky – a perfect place to unwind. A room divider provides privacy when you need it.



You can enjoy the morning and evening sun on two terraces. The 2.5-hectare property offers plenty of space to explore. A gas grill, indoor foosball table, and outdoor ping-pong table promise hours of entertainment for all ages.



For larger groups of five or more, or by individual arrangement, the basement area is available, where you will find another full bathroom and an additional refrigerator for your supplies.



The secluded location in the Estetal nature reserve invites you to take long walks through untouched forests and meadows. The nearby Büsenbach Valley with its heathland is a worthwhile destination for an excursion. You will find shopping opportunities in Hollenstedt and Tostedt, while the Wilkenshoff farm shop offers organic vegetables and regional products around the clock.
