"We had a great one night stay on our way from Bangalore to Ooty. Convenient location, very helpful staff and an expansive breakfast lay. We also had an excellent spa experience. The in-house EV fast charger is an added advantage. We would happily return to this property in the future."

"Very Nice property , good location , amazing food , price is also reasonable, breakfast buffet was also very delicious. Staff is really helpful and provided best service. 1 out of the 2 rooms although bieng of same category was smaller than the other. i happen to see a small cockroach in my bathroom , pest control could have been better. "The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on."
