Perfektes Familienhaus

Perfekt für unseren Familienurlaub mit zwei Kindern (3+6). Haus ist sehr großzügig und hochwertig ausgestattet, nicht nur zweckmäßig. Wir waren mehrfach überrascht, was es alles gibt. Lage in einem kleinen Dorf war für uns optimal: sehr ruhig aber nicht horrorfilmmäßig isoliert ;) Die Aussicht auf Meer, Insel und Festland ist überragend und kann vom Terrassentisch bei jedem Essen genossen werden. Ein kleiner Laden zwei Häuser weiter hatte alles, was wir benötigten. Vermieter war total freundlich, unkompliziert und flexibel.

Sehr schönes Haus in Top Lage

Wir haben 2 Wochen einen super schönen Urlaub in dem Top ausgestatteten Haus erleben dürfen. Der tolle Blick auf das Meer war noch on Top :-). Die insel Krk ist zudem wunderschön und immer eine Reise wert! Auch mehr als 100 % zufrieden waren wir mit dem super Service vor Ort. Haus war tip top sauber und die Betreuung vor Ort war extrem gut. Ob man mal ein Boot mieten möchte, Tipps zum Essen gehen, alles war so wie man es sich wünscht und sogar noch etwas besser. In direkter Nachbarschaft ist ein kleiner Laden in dem man alles notwendige bekommen kann. Das Haus ist voll klimatisiert und die Ausstattung lässt ebenfalls keinen wunsch offen. Der eigene Pool verschafft eine schöne Abkühlung. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder. Vielen lieben Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal :-)

Einfach traumhaft!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Maria verlebt. Die Fotos und Beschreibungen auf der Website haben wirklich nicht zu viel versprochen: Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt, die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus über den Pool hinweg auf das Meer und das gegenüberliegende Festland ist fantastisch! Der Pool hat mit 4m x 6m eine schöne Größe – und sauber und warm war er auch! Im Haus gibt es alles, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die tolle Ausstattung der Küche. Es ist wirklich alles und in ausreichender Menge vorhanden! Zusätzlich zum Kühlschrank in der Küche gibt es noch eine große Kühl-Gefrier-Kombi in einem Nebenraum, in dem sich auch die Waschmaschine und der Trockner befinden. Die W-Lan Verbindung ist sehr gut und stabil. Im TV sind alle deutschen Sender zu empfangen. Handtücher – kleine und große – gibt es reichlich. Suzan ist ein kleiner, ruhiger Ort, was wir persönlich sehr angenehm fanden. 50 m neben dem Haus befindet sich ein winzig-kleiner Supermarkt („Trgovina“) für das tägliche Brot. Ein sehr großer Supermarkt der Kette „Plodine“ mit einem ausgezeichneten Sortiment befindet sich in Richtung Malinska, ca. 10 Min. per Auto entfernt. Von Suzan aus ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten unten an der Bucht, auf die man von der Terrasse aus die herrliche Aussicht hat. Nach Malinska braucht man ca. 15 Minuten, nach Krk Stadt ca. 25 Minuten, nach Baska 40 Minuten. In Suzan lebt auch der Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen rund ums Haus, der sehr nett und hilfsbereit ist. Alles in allem können wir die Villa Maria als Feriendomizil aus vollem Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Perfekter Urlaub in der Villa Maria

Unser Urlaub auf der Insel Krk war einfach nur traumhaft. Die Lage der Villa Maria mit Blick auf das Meer hat uns jeden Morgen fasziniert. Die ganze Familie und unser Hund hat sich durch die nette Gastfreundschaft von Herrn Hunski super wohl gefühlt; er gab uns tolle Tips für ein tolles Restaurant und war stets zur Stelle, wenn man Fragen hatte. Abschließend können wir nur sagen, das wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen werden und dann wird es natürlich wieder die Villa Maria auf der Insel Krk sein. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub.

Traumurlaub in einer Traumvilla

Die Villa und das Grundstück sind nicht nur besonders schön und gepflegt, man fühlt sich auch ab der ersten Sekunde "wie zu Hause". Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und so konnten wir den Urlaub von der ersten Minute an voll genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschönes Haus mit einem sensationellen Blick

Das Haus hat wirklich alles, was man im Urlaub braucht! Zimmer sind geräumig, Küche ist top ausgestattet, WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Der Blick von der Terrasse sucht seinesgleichen, es ist herrlich ruhig. Es gibt einen kleinen Weg am Haus vorbei hinunter zum Strand, der in 20min zu erreichen ist. Eine schöne kleine Wanderung! Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt im Ort, der allerdings nur für das nötigste ausgestattet ist. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist ca. 7km entfernt. Wer ein tolles Haus mit Pool in ruhiger Lage mit einem sensationellen Blick auf`s Meer sucht, ist hier absolut richtig. Der Vermieter erklärt einem am Anreisetag alles, der Kontakt ist super sympathisch. Können wir nur Empfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles!
