Villa Aura - Historical country house renovated and with modern furniture

"Das Haus war sauber und alle Räume entsprechen den Bildern.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Gewürze, Geschirr, Utensilien, scharfe Messer) Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Einrichtung ist schön und einladend, sodass man sich echt wohlfühlt. Man merkt, dass viel Mühe in die Sanierug gesteckt wurde.Herr u. Frau Eger sind sehr nett und haben viele Infos zu der Gegend. Man bekommt immer sehr schnell eine Antwort. Vor Ort kümmert sich eine Firma um das Haus, hier muss man Teils sehr lange auf Antworten warten. Daher lieber mit Herrn Eger korrespondieren. Der große Pool draußen ist nicht beheizt, die Terassen sind nicht in Südlage, sodass man den ganzen Tag über immer ein schattiges Plätzchen findet.Der Grill wurde ausgetauscht und ist nutzbar. Der Indorpool ist im Sommer nie befüllt. Es gibt keine Park und halte Möglichkeit vor dem Haus. Man kann zum be- und entladen auf dem Marktplatz bei der Konoba Zoba halten. Sonst muss man entweder am Anfang der Stadt (ca.10min. Fußweg) Parken, oder man Fährt über einen abenteuerlichen Wald/Schotter weg zu einem Waldparkplatz und muss ca. 7 Minuten steil Bergauf zur Unterkunft laufen. -Diese Details fehlen leider in der Beschreibung Für Hundebesitzer: Es gibt schöne Hundestrände in der nähe (Njivice-20min /Cizici-15min/ Crikvenica-40min)An der Unterkunft gibt es eine gute Gassi runde über den Wald. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen kleinen Agility Park. In Dobrinj laufen gelegentlich Hunde frei herum."

"Beautiful villa, was very clean and even nicer than the photos. We enjoyed every second of our time there. The two en-suite bedrooms in the pool area were perfect for our teenage children. The outdoor kitchen and table was a favourite with us and we cooked some great meals. We loved visiting Krk and found the area to be beautiful and the people friendly. Nearby supermarkets and places to swim. Easy to get around in a car. Road to the property is super narrow to squeeze down but it is possible if your car is small, alternatively there is a forest road that is much easier, but it doesn’t appear on google maps. Host was really helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Would love to return."

"This place is wonderful - Janus met us when we arrived and showed us around. It looks better than the photos (I was scared it would look a little bare/new-buildy), and was absolutely spotless! We didn’t spend much time in the pool or at the house in general, but it was serene and picturesque. Definitely use the coordinates to navigate like they recommend in the welcome message, and save it in your maps app. The house is along very narrow/winding roads 😅 I’ll definitely book again when I’m back!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Viktorija und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Da wir mit unserem Baby gereist sind, war es uns besonders wichtig, eine komfortable, saubere und familienfreundliche Unterkunft zu haben – und unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen. Die Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Sie standen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung, waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen gefühlt haben. Eine so herzliche Gastfreundschaft erlebt man nicht überall. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Alles war sowohl im Haus als auch im Außenbereich äußerst sauber, gepflegt und bestens vorbereitet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Ordnung, Sauberkeit und das Wohlbefinden der Gäste gelegt wird. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre. Der Aufenthalt war für die ganze Familie sehr erholsam und wir konnten wunderbar abschalten. Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt, und ist ein perfekter Ort, um einige unbeschwerte Tage zu verbringen. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an die tollen Gastgeber für die schöne Zeit und die hervorragende Betreuung!
