She was with a customer when we arrived but she acknowledged us and then helped us with our check in, that was probably the smoothest check in we have ever had. Maddie followed up to make sure all was great with our room and when we needed to stay an additional night, she made that process smooth as well. Thank you so much Maddie!!! "
