Hyggelig sted, med service.

Lite, men velordnet og praktisk rom med de nødvendigheter man trenger. Dog et minus er det - dårlig wifi. Permanent, til tross for flere henvendelser, vanskeligheter med å lese aviser, « løfte vedlegg» etc. Får de gjort noe med det er det perfekt location for 1-2 mennesker i et meget sentralt, men stille, « pent strøk».

An excellent hotel

A four night stay at a hotel that has staff who speak excellent English, and for whom nothing is too much trouble, and the Commercial Director, Mohamed Ben Othman, is a charming and delightful host. The levels and standards of cleanliness are first class, and this is a hotel I warmly recommend for its ambience and convenience to the famous boulevard and some excellent restaurants.

Clean and affordable hotel close to downtown

This is a very nice and affordable hotel very close to the downtown. The staff were friendly with very good English. Comes with little kitchenette. The only challenge is there is no elevator so make sure going up stairs is not an issue.

Always a pleasure

Have been staying here, twice a year for 3 years now. Always greeted with a smile. Nothing is ever too much trouble and staff are always very knowledgable about the local area. I plan to stay here for many more trips to come. The hotel is clean and comfortable and very reasonable in terms of cost. Local to everything you need and only 15-20mins from airport.

Close to all shopping areas Hotel didn't provide more than 1 bar of soap for 6 days, same sheets for entire 6 days... Definitely 3 stars.

Fint hotel i midten av gammel by av Dnipropetrovsk

Very nice service, polite, helpfull, professional. My room was spacious, high selling, windows to the courtyard after my request. Nice bathroom, bed was comfortable and calm environment. To small minuses : absence of a kettle(was compensated by beautiful cup of tea, brought by receptionist though) and absence of lift (the hotel is situated at the second floor ). But the stairs in the staircase are gorgeous, made of steel or cast-iron, nicely restored. Really masterpiece of 19th century architecture.

Flott hotell, fine rom og hyggelige priser. Kun en liten gåtur unna sentrum. Betjeningen var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Et lite minus for at de tok betalt for at de fant en liten flekk på sengetøyet, som lett kunne vaskes bort. Ellers tommel opp!

God betjening, ingen restaurant og mange trapper

Et godt ophold som tjente som overnatning ifm arbejde. Personalet var yderst venlige, men værelset var for småt. Ingen reel mulighed for at side og arbejde med PC. Stolen ramte sengen hver gang du flyttede dig en centimetre. Betalingen var også kritisk. Jeg forventede, at betale kontant. Nej hotellet havde trukket betalingen ved min ankomst. 3 ubenyttede nætter pga. tjenesterejse, kunne naturligvis ikke refunderes???? Dårlig forretning.

petit hotel agréable, avec une très jolie décoration. Chambre agréable, neuve, confortable.Il est assez bien situé, près du centre de Dnipropetrovsk. Son principal défaut est qu'il n'assure pas le petit déjeuner qu'il faut prendre à l'extérieur.

Tucked away among centuries old structures, a surprisingly pleasant, totally remodeled hideaway; we thoroughly enjoyed it. Minor downside is the reception is up a staircase, which no elevator.
