"We never got a mail with checkin procedures, as per stated in the confirmation mail from Expedia, and the hotel didn't respond to our attempt to contact them, so we had to book a different hotel, but we were still charged for the stay in full. Horrible customer un-service. Never again."

"Good couple of nights for the price. Breakfast is a pretty good continental spread, but no hot meats. Fresh pancakes offered both days. Fairly bad sound proofing makes noise outside (from playground in our case) a bit irritating. Clean room and renovated bathrooms. Would book again for the very reasonable prices."

"Just as pictured and described. Walkable to supermarket. Scenic views. Imagine could be noisy in summer if people were sitting outside in the evening and stairs are metal so noisy when people come and go. Suited our family rather than staying in Aarhus."
