A 3 star hotel. Competitive price. Needs a refurbishment. No so good meal, altough high variety. Not bad, not good. Staff tired and not so motivated, altough not rude. An option just to sleep and if you don't expect to eat above the average. Better options in the zone, it is worth to pay a little bit more.

Djerba, Tunisia is an absolute SH-IT HO-LE!

The Hotel & staff are well worth the money. All inclusive, breakfast, lunch & evening meal & alcoholic beverages for just £35 a night. The problem is not the hotel, the problem is Djerba, it’s an absolute pile of FAECES! (Sh-it Ho-le! Nothing to do, it’s dirty with litter everywhere. Beach is dirty & full of seaweed! Everybody in all the hotels which there are many stay inside them & rarely go out because there is nothing to do! Tunisia is country number 74 that I have been to. I have never found one that I didn’t like & wished I was back at home until I visited Tunisia! Don’t ever bother wasting your money coming to Djerba, Tunisia, it’s cheap for a reason & the reason is it’s an absolute pile of FAECES! (SH-IT HO-LE!

Poor. Avoid.

Having been a hotel manager this hotel was a major disappointment it purports to be a 4 star resort and certainly from the outside it looks the part (well done to the outside maintenance team - the pool and outside areas were spotless), the reception area was also very well kept. The accommodation wings of the hotel are quite dingy and very down at heel and in need of a major review and revamp. The room we were in also dated and whilst clean it wasn't exactly spotless. We were 1/2 board and the meals were very mediocre. If you are a vegetarian, suggest you give this hotel a wide berth as very few vegetarian dishes other than salads or cooked rice/potatoes/courgettes - everything else had meat and signage for what the dishes actually were was very poor. For a 4 star hotel catering for an international clientele there were no signs whatsoever for any allergy information which is very bad. The facilities show wi-fi but NO WiFi available in the room and we were told that tholny WiFi available was in the reception area, dining area and bar. On check out the hotel tried to charge us for laundry but we had not had any laundry done - this took a time to sort out but no apology given for the hotels mistake about this. On general housekeeping towels were removed when used but not always replaced which was annoying also soaps and shampoo not replaced at all during our stay. All in all generally poor and more like 2 star rather than 4.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec mon bébé de 3 mois. En pension complète, le choix de restauration est très large et de bonne qualité. Le personnel est aimable et serviable. La très grande piscine a été vivement appréciée. Seul bémol et quand même important, l'hôtel ne dispose pas d'une plage privée mais propose une navette menant à une plage publique très proche: elle n'est pas du tout équipée, assez sale et pas pratique pour se baigner car profonde rapidement. Si la plage n'est pas primordiale pour vous je recommande cependant très fortement!

Mit kleinen Ansprüchen ok

Pool war sehr schön und riesig, Liegen alt und etwas schmutzig. Musik für mich zu laut. Strand war schön, ruhig und mit Liegen. Zimmer Tunisian Standard, für die Sterne ok. Es wurde nach Wunsch geputzt und Shampoo etc. aufgefüllt. Dusche war gut. Vom Essen will ich gar nicht reden, hatte nur HP und habe nur alle zwei Tage dort gegessen. Die Speisen oft verkocht und kalt, sehr schade. Da habe ich aber nicht mehr erwartet, als ich das Hotel gebucht habe. Nach der halben Öffnungszeit beim Dinner waren die meisten Speisen weg, wenn ich danach fragte, nur Kopfschütteln. Mann muss 5 Minuten vor Öffnung da sein🤔. Frühstück war ok, sofern es frisches Brot gab. Omletten waren super und Früchte gab es auch immer. Für das Geld kann ich nichts sagen, man könnte aber ohne Probleme viel mehr aus dem Hotel raus holen. Um die Anlage herum sehr viel Schmutz und Abfall. Shopping Center vis a vis sehr gut. Die Shops im Hotel sind zu teuer. Sauberkeit und Umwelt ist immer ein schwieriges Thema in Tunesien.

Quelque problème dans ma chambre qui ont étaient résolu directement (ils ont donnés une nouvelle chambre). Le personnel est très gentil au top ! Les repas 3/5 mais c'est du all inclusive peu coûteux donc on va pas se plaindre. Quelques choses sont faites maison tel le goûter avec des crêpes beignet etc Un bon 4/5 pour l'ensemble rapport qualité prix ! Merci Djerba

Un grand merci pour ce magnifique séjour à Djerba ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre établissement. Tout était réuni pour des vacances inoubliables : • un accueil chaleureux dès notre arrivée, • un emplacement idéal, • une propreté irréprochable dans tout l’hôtel, • un service attentif et souriant, • une animation exceptionnelle, variée et toujours dans la bonne humeur. Un immense bravo à l’équipe d’animation pour la qualité des événements et des soirées : chaque soir était une belle surprise, pleine de créativité, de rythme et de joie. Vous avez su créer une ambiance familiale et festive que nous avons adorée. Nous adressons un remerciement tout particulier à l’animatrice du mini club, qui a su prendre soin des enfants avec douceur, professionnalisme et beaucoup de bonne humeur. Notre fille a adoré passer du temps avec elle. Et un merci spécial à Nutella, dont l’énergie, le sourire et la bonne humeur contagieuse ont illuminé notre séjour. Elle est tout simplement inoubliable ! Enfin, un grand merci à l’équipe de cuisine : les repas étaient délicieux, variés et généreux, avec une belle attention portée aux goûts de chacun. Chaque repas a été un vrai plaisir. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ces moments de bonheur. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs… et l’envie de revenir très vite !

Rapport qualité-prix Abusif

Il vaut mieux ne pas avoir besoin de demander quelque chose dans cette hôtel, le service est dépassé voir quasi inexistant. Le buffet est très limité et se répète, ce qui n'est plus un plaisir de manger. Plage accessible par navette, mais c'est loin d'être une plage correct. Le bon point de l'hôtel : sa piscine et les chambre spacieuse et propre. Ramenez avec vous des serviettes car celles des chambres disparaissent après le ménage. Sinon obligé de courrir après. Dommage que l'hôtel a clairement perdu de son standing des années 2000 et n'est plus entretenu. Le problème est qu'il maintien des prix qui n'ont plus rien à voir avec ce qu'il propose aujourd'hui. A ce prix changer de pays carrément.

Das Preis- Leistungsangebot ist sehr gut. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage bietet ausreichend Platz und die unterschiedlichen Kulturellen haben gut harmoniert. Es wäre noch besser, wenn in der Umgebung weniger Müll wäre. Für so ein schönes Land sehr bedauerlich

I recently spent three nights. The facilities, while showing signs of age, offer good value for money. The food was average. However, the standout feature was the staff who made the stay great with their hospitality. During my visit, there were ongoing upgrades, and it's worth noting that it was not the peak season. Overall, a budget-friendly option with vintage charm and a promise of improvement.

Nel complesso la struttura è funzionale e ben organizzata, avendo acquistato pacchetto All inclusive si può dire che non mancava nulla, da mattina a sera bevande e cibo a volontà, sia in struttura che in spiaggia sempre gestita dall'Hotel, intrattenimento diurno e serale molto piacevole e mai troppo invadente, arredi un pò datati ma nell'insieme piacevoli. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.
