I made booking on hotels .com the booking never made they took my money didnt giv eme room money stollen the reception know we are tired camed midnight he want to. Make profit from us by charge us room per head not room charge

The property is close to the touristic route of Midoun in Djerba. The beach is nice and clean. The problem starts with the swimming pool which is not clean and quite hazardous sometimes with bits of broken plactic from the edges. The water slides closes at 5pm, which is quite early. The room is acceptable but the bathroom needs restoration as the curtens can't retain water within the shower area. The towel are really old with holes sometimes. Last but not least, as the hotel is all inclusive, don't expect a good snacks nor drinks in the afternoon without forgetting the queues for the food, including lunch and dinner, as there is not much choice even for the desert. Dommage

Pas logé dans le bon hôtel car le meninx club était en travaux et pas informé ni indemnisé d’avoir été logée au Riad meninx qui est moins bien. Aucune information à l’avance pour nous dire que nous changions d’hôtel sur place. Ils se trouve l’un à côté de l’autre mais c’est frustrant d’avoir payé pour autre chose d’un peu moins bien. Il était par contre très propre, service ménage top et animateurs très gentil. La nourriture n’est pas incroyable mais ça passe. Globalement satisfaite du séjour au vu de la beauté de l’île

Nous avons commencé notre séjour dans une chambre vétuste, avec une chasse d’eau qui fuyait et des voisins bruyants. Après avoir demandé à changer, nous avons eu une chambre rénovée qui était parfaite, hormis une literie peu confortable. En formule tout compris, le buffet était basique mais bon, avec des plats qui changeaient chaque jour. Les espaces communs sont très propres et la plage est nettoyée régulièrement, bien que j’aie constaté un manque de sécurité par rapport aux autres hôtels voisins. Les animations étaient très bien, largement à la hauteur pour un club 3 étoiles. Le choix de boissons est correct, bien que très sucrées avec des alcools de qualité moyenne, ce qui est fréquent dans ce type d’établissement. Nous avons séjourné début octobre et l’hôtel n’était pas très rempli, offrant ainsi un bon rapport qualité-prix.

la restauration est une catastrophe

une semaine mi septembre , le restaurant est une catastrophe , cuisine type restauration sncf , fade , il faut aimer la dinde à chaque repas midi et soir . le matin la course pour un croissant , les plats constamment vide . le bar de la notre plage réservé à un autre hotel . sur les deux autres , l'un est fermé en journée . sur la plage les 3/4 des transats reservés par les russes , interdit de reserver sauf au russe avec l'aide des plagistes qui ne font rien . jamais plus de ma vie .

Notre 5e séjour dans cet hôtel depuis 2011.

Plaisir de retrouver le cadre (architecture donnant l'impression de petites structures, jardins aux grands palmiers toujours parfaitement entretenus, piscines dont une couverte et chauffée en hiver) et l'atmosphère sympathique de ce "club" connu en été avec des familles : la stabilité du personnel et sa gentillesse y contribuent.
