The receptionist and the gouvernante were very rude and unprofessional they didn’t want to help . However the hotel Manager and the restaurant managers were very nice and very helpful

Le 30 la reception nous on réclamé 100€ pour le repas réveillon. Apparemment expedia n'avait pas reverser les montants a l'hotel. A la reception on avait 2 options : payé contre notre volonté ou aller dans un autre établissement. Posture vraiment pas cool au derniere minute. Suite a reclamations et reclamations e la preuve que expedia nous avais déjà encaissé, il ont acceptés de nous rembourser la veille de notre depart avec l'equivalente en devise local (pas cool vu que mon payment etait en CB). Le reveillion etait un bouffer, sans service a table, les indigènes ont pilier tout comme si ca etait l'apocalypse. Constat : 50€ par personne sans meme pas un verre de vins blanc local pour celebrer le nouvel ans! désolée mais l'experience etait gravemente saboté par cet incident. En fin lieux bien propre, une cuisine varie et équilibrée et abbondante tout les jours. La sale de sport, elle était vide : pas d'équipement du tout. Le spa, bien joliie etait encaisse que en euro, la comparisons au prestation EU etait un evidence, mais encore le manque de souplesse, nous as amenés a chercher à l'exterieur. La piscine interne et chauffé 27-29 degrés etait accessible que au bon vouloir du gerant du spa. L'access par l'extérieure etant verrouillé par l'interieur. Ca se trouve cette contrainte etait dictée par l'affluence de clientèle du 31 dec au 2 jan? L'eau caude dans les chambre etait au mieux tiède et ca,par tout l'hotel.Autres personnes on signalé le meme probleme sans trouver solution.

Experiência agradável.

Experiência com tudo incluído. O quarto era amplo, a cama grande e confortável e tinha varanda. Na praia havia bebidas disponíveis e pizza durante a tarde pelo menos para os clientes. Espreguiçadeiras incluídas. O buffet era variado e com qualidade mas provavelmente para quem não aprecia comidas mais típicas pode não gostar. Não era o mais limpo na troca de individuais no restaurante, já que viravam ao contrário e servia o próximo cliente. Não falam de todo inglês e o que falam é mau. Esse é sem dúvida um obstáculo que não deveria existir num hotel destes. Mesmo no spa, explicando e apontando tudo enganaram se nos tratamentos por não falarem Inglês. Acabam a pedir gorjeta para muitas coisas.

Arrivée en couple L’hôtel est sympathique mais certains points à revoir Le ménage n’est pas fait quotidiennement Il faut toujours aller se plaindre Le personnel de la réception et les chefs sont irrespectueux et méprisants Ils essayent de vous escroquer comme ils peuvent Nous avons donné une caution pour les serviettes et au retour ils nous ont pas remboursé en disant qu’ils avaient déjà remboursé contre notre signature Ils ont signé à notre place Ensuite ils nous ont menacé en disant appeler la police Le seul point positif est les serveurs du restaurant. Très tres accueillant et gentils

Le séjour s’est bien passé rien à dire sur l’hôtel une seule chose à réclamer je n’ai pas compris pourquoi la femme de ménage s’est enfermée dans ma chambre normalement la porte doit rester ouverte lors du nettoyage dans les hôtels du monde entier.

Dans l’ensemble un hôtel agréable sans prétention mais très calme et très propre à tous les niveaux Le buffet du midi et du soir variés, plats simples mais très bien cuisinés et le coin grillades tous les jours différents. Mais surtout le côté agréable, chaleureux et souriant du personnel au restaurant et aux bars. Et tout particulièrement un énorme merci à Ala et son collègue plus âgé dont je ne connais pas le nom. We were at hotel between 13-18 September not 12-17 September lıke ındıcated ın your records. First of all the property s location was very good. Food and beach was ıncredıble.
