Unbelievable View! Amazing breakfast!
"Try finding a hotel with that view for that price anywhere in the world, the pictures just can't capture how amazing it is.
Breakfast was the best I've had and worth £30+ but was included.
Rooms were the cleanest by far I've stayed in and we are on a roadtrip around europe.
The receptionist was very helpful and the owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. For the fact they have only just opened I'd get in while the prices are cheap as they will surely go up with popularity.
Top recommendation from the owner, go and see the Balcony of Italy that is 15mins away WOW!"

Stunning Historical Palace with Incredible Staff
"Our experience at the Palace Grand Hotel in Varese was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in warmth, charm, and old-world elegance that made our stay unforgettable.
At the bar, Domenico and Marco were shining stars. Their hospitality made every visit special, and their mixed beverages were expertly crafted and consistently delicious. Whether we were winding down after a day of adventure or enjoying a pre-dinner cocktail, Domenico and Marco made sure everything was perfect. We left with two new friends.
One of the true highlights was the spa experience with Lisa, whose lymphatic drainage massage was absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly skilled, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated. It was truly one of the best spa treatments I’ve ever had.
We were also lucky enough to plan a rehearsal dinner and Welcome drink
experience with Chiara. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew all of our options and plans for our wedding celebration coming up. Her attention to detail, warmth, and thoughtful hospitality made everyone feel welcome and at ease. She’s truly a gem.
The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with sweeping views of Lake Varese and an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and grand. Every staff member we encountered was gracious and professional, and the service throughout was top-notch.
We can’t wait to return for our wedding celebrations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, elegant esc"

"Old school pictures didn’t do this excellent hotel justice. The hotel felt traditional, elegant and classy. The pool and gardens in the back offered a private and relaxing reprieve. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better. Breakfast was great. Latte is just milk. Felt like more than a 3 star hotel."
