"Quiet well outfitted and comfortable."

"Pros: Big cottage. Scenic location. Bacon, eggs, milk, juice, butter, tomatoes and bread provided for breakfast. Nice toiletries. Frogs in the pond sounded cool. Rabbits everywhere. Cons: Emailed property to say we'll arrive around 4pm. No reply. We arrive at 4:15pm to find reception closed and a mobile number. Called and about 5 mins later are sent a road map (?) and where to find the key. Wi-fi had full bars, but was "connected without internet". No reply when I reached out. Road is...

"The service and communication was fantastic and the house was wonderful, had everything we needed and the view was stunning. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Nice clean cozy place to stay and enjoy the view"

"Pat & Neil's cottage was extremely comfortable and well-appointed with high-quality facilities. The setting was peaceful and private and the outlook over the hills and farmland very scenic. I particularly liked being able to sit on the deck for meals or a drink, and the welcome touches of scones, fruit, chocolate and butter were very muc appreciated. Comfortable bed, modern, clean bathroom and kitchen. Highly impressive and hope to visit again."

"Very clean and plenty of space. Peaceful.Good location- close to park and shops."

"The location was lovely and there was lots to do in local areas"

"Patrick was more than accommodating! He made travel instructions and checking in and out easy. Rolling in the afternoon was the perfect time to see all the wildlife around the farm come alive. The cabin had everything we needed for the stay. The firewood add on was more than enough wood and a bang for your buck! So many cute little touches to make you feel welcome. Signage, a cheeky wine ;) and super cosy vibes! Thanks for having us, we will be back soon! B and S!"

"Spacious house with spectacular views of the valley and Yarra Ranges. Comfortable bed and good quality linen. Recommended to others."
