I didn’t give 5 stars for 2 reasons: a property should really impress me to get 5 and the other reason being (I want to say there should be a housekeeping inspector of every room to be sure they are ready for the next guest). Example: the dishes, had they been inspected, would’ve been noticed that they were unclean. I shouldn’t have to wash the dishes before I can use it. I had to chase down a wine bottle opener. If inspection was made, that too would’ve been noticed...
