This bungalow is five kilometres to the south of the bodden town of Barth, in Wobbelkow, on a site that stands alone. Enjoy long summer nights on your own terrace. Take trips to the fine sandy beach on the Darß, to Ribnitz-Damgarten, Rostock, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rügen, to the bird park Marlow ... From here you start without traffic jams. The apartment has a separate entrance and its own large terrace with seating, pillows, cozy blankets and its own grill. You can sit outside, grill, switch off, watch stars for as long as you like.
A covered terrace is directly in front of the front door on the west side. Here you will find seating furniture, cushions and a grill. Several cars can be parked and there is a covered parking space for bicycles. In the large outdoor area you will also find swings (double swing can also be used by adults), slide, sandpit, climbing ladder, seesaw and a 490cm trampoline.
The big bungalow offers two holiday apartments to let, each with a roofed terrace, on a large site that stands alone. This apartment with around 60m² of living space can accommodate up to five people and comprises a big living and dining room on the south side with a dining table and highchair, a separate built-in kitchen with a fridge, plenty of cookware, a toaster, coffee machine, kettle and microwave. There are two bedrooms: one on the north side with a big double bed, and the other with a bunk bed. A supplementary bed or child’s bed can also be set up here, to be notified in advance. For all the beds you need standard-sized bed linen (135 x 200cm and 80 x 80cm pillow cases) and fitted sheets (100 x 200cm). All mattresses and pillows are also covered with Molton protective covers. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Cordless Internet (WiFi) is available. You can expect a child-friendly bungalow, books / children's books, games collection, large box of Duplo blocks on request.
It is exactly 20 km to the Baltic Sea beach on the Darß. In bad weather, you can start an excursion to the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Stralsund from here. Various shopping opportunities such as Netto, Lidl, ALDI, famila, REWE and EDEKA are located in the Vineta town of Barth, about five kilometers away, the gateway to the Baltic Sea. Next. In Zingst on the Darss, the discounters are also open on Sundays from 12:00 to 18:00 in the summer months. Since June 2015, a new bike path near the property has led directly to Barth.
All windows and the front door are provided with insect screens. Pets are not allowed in the interest of subsequent guests. The property is a non-smoking apartment.
