"The check-in procedures were not clear. We arrived after a 5-hour flight delay. We saw one door with the house number and no other instructions or labels. We attempted for about 20 minutes to get in when another neighbor came over and walked us to the backside of the house to get in. "We were able to get in the room with good written instructions. It was me, my husband, and 2 grandchildren, ages 10 and 12. No instructions on locking the door when leaving. Had to spend a lot of time locking up to leave for an outing. When we opened the door the stench of cigarettes gave me a headache and was nauseating. I contacted the agency and the owner, neither were willing to do anything besides come and spray the apartment. The shower floor had mold on it. When the hideaway bed was out...
