"The check-in procedures were not clear. We arrived after a 5-hour flight delay. We saw one door with the house number and no other instructions or labels. We attempted for about 20 minutes to get in when another neighbor came over and walked us to the backside of the house to get in. "No A/C, house didn’t get below 87 degrees. There are people living in the basement with barking dogs. People living in a trailer next to the house. Couldn’t use the BBQ had a wasp nest inside. Ended up leaving a day early. "
